Attorney Kevin Le is admitted to practice law throughout the state of Texas. He is also qualified and admitted to practice as an attorney in the Northern District of Texas. He primarily handles lemon law related cases in Texas, breach of contract, Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), fraud, and breach of express and implied warranty cases.
Kevin Le holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Chicago-Kent, College of Law. He attended several summer law study abroad programs, namely, at the Fundacion Universitaria San Pablo – Centro de Estudios Universitarios in Madrid, Spain (sponsored by William & Mary School of Law) and at Rangsit University in Bangkok, Thailand (sponsored by Golden Gate University School of Law). Prior to law school, Kevin recevied a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Information Systems at the University of Texas at Arlington.
During law school, Kevin Le competed in the NAPABA Thomas Tang Moot Court competition in the Chicago area. Kevin also earned the CALI Award for receiving the highest grade in his legal writing and research course at Chicago-Kent, College of Law.
Kevin Le is a member of numerous legal organizations, including, the State Bar of Texas, American Association for Justice (Association of Trial Lawyers of America), the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association (Texas Chapter), and the Dallas Bar Association. Additionally, Kevin is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the National Consumers League, and the National Consumer Law Center.
